Generations affect the way we hire, motivate, create and market to our clients.  This course will introduce you to the effects of the Mature, Baby Boomer, GenX, GenY (Millennials) and GenZ generations and how we get everyone in our organization excited and headed in the same direction, working together seamlessly.  This course is a building block for the other Evolve YT courses and will impact your perspective during other courses.  At the completion of the course you will be able to apply the learnings to recruit better talent, retain the talent you have, increase the productivity of your team.  Additionally, you will understand how your marketing campaigns will differ between generations, so your marketing campaigns have a higher impression rate, better conversion leading to a lower cost per lead.

Bridging Generations made me think outside of the box and I really enjoyed the class interaction, which provided me with different generational perspectives on how to handle varying situations. I am looking forward to implementing what I have learned into our marketing and hiring efforts since I now have a new perspective for approaching communication with the different generations. Our instructors will take you on the journey from bed bug biology to treatment and sales. You will learn our unique “No Prep” protocol that hundreds of pest control operators are successfully using across the country.

Our instructors will still take you on different treatments to show the “No Prep” protocol in action.

SenSci’s Boot Camp has been instrumental in how we train and perform our bed bug services. Their no prep instruction allows for the least amount of disruption for our clients which has also made it a much more attractive offering. Our service team now has a solid understanding of the history of bed bugs, why they are such a problematic pest, and how we can deliver an effective service to our customers.
